The first step, in the "computer" interface, right click on the U disk that needs to add a password, provided that the U disk has a certain storage space. Select “Enable BitLocker…” from the context menu.

The second step, start up takes a little time. In the “BitLocker Drive Encryption” interface, select “Use password to unlock the drive”, and then you need to enter the password twice in succession. The password here needs 8 characters, which means you need to enter 8 letters or numbers. Click “Next”.

The third step, & ldquo;BitLocker” interface will prompt to create a recovery key to save to a file or print to retain, this proposal is kept in the file to prevent forgetting the password. You will get a text file with the name "BitLocker recovery key ***.txt", which you can use later to retrieve the password.


fourth step, you can click on the & ldquo; start encryption & rdquo;, BitLocker start your U disk encryption, and file size according to need a little time.
