Then, click on “Documents” to open the Explorer window, click the “Change your view” button in the upper right corner of the folder window, and select ““Content” view from the drop down menu. This view can display as much information as possible on the document, not only the basic information such as the name, update date, size, author, etc. of each document, but also the thumbnail of the document, the preview of some content, and the actual Paths and simple meta-information, based on this information, make it easier to locate the target documents you need.

Click the right mouse button in the blank space of the search results and select “Save Search” in the pop-up shortcut menu to save the search as a virtual folder, so that you need to search again using the same conditions later. Just open this virtual folder.
