Hidden Ctrl option button in Office documents

Office documents are often processed at work, and copying and pasting is the most frequently used. But this "paste option button" sometimes stays for too long, and sometimes it often hinders the next step. As shown in the figure below, cell B3 is completely covered, too much...

So, if you don't need to perform advanced paste operation, is there any way to hide this <paste option button" ?
It's very simple:
With Office 2010 as an example, open a program (such as Excel 2010) and click “File-Options”.

Open the “Advanced” tab, from the details window on the right, "Cut, copy and paste" under the column to find "Paste option button when pasting content", cancel it before checking Check the box. Then press “OK”Save Changes.

Now other Office programs will also apply this change in sync, as shown in the following figure, in the Word, the paste option button is displayed when the content is pasted. The check box also becomes unchecked.

Office 2007 operates like this, except that the "Options" option is hidden in the "Office Button" instead of the "File" menu.
