1. Open Start — All Programs & mdash; Attachments & mdash; Run.
2. Open the run inside and type regedit to run the registry and click OK.
3. Expand to HKEY_CURRENT_USERControl PanelDesktop, then right click in the blank space to create a new "DWORD 32-bit value".
4. Then rename it to WaitToKillAppTimeout and double-click the file to confirm that the value of the key is 0. Save the changes and exit.
