Two steps to easily change the default location of Windows 7 Explorer

Windows 7 users know that the Explorer icon on the Windows 7 taskbar is opened by default to the "Library" folder, although the "Library" management file is very Convenient, but some friends are still used to the previous resource manager pointing to "computer (my computer)".
