Win7 taskbar thumbnail changed to display text prompt method

  
Now more and more users use WIN7, used to know that from the Windows 7 system, the taskbar window has a preview function, even if the window preview effect is closed, there is a window name prompt. As shown below:


some reason needs to cancel these functions, it is desirable to achieve as XP system before moving the mouse pointer to this prompt window displays only text and no preview window. As shown below:

Win7, Win8 system, when the mouse moves to the taskbar window, the text is actually displayed, but because the preview window is blocked, just modify the preview of the taskbar thumbnail by modifying the registry. The delay time is fine.
Workaround:
Note: Modifying the registry has certain risks. If you have more important data and data under your computer system, back up in advance before modifying the registry. Be careful to back up your personal data before proceeding. In order to avoid accidents during the operation, the system cannot enter. It is recommended to back up the registry in advance before operation in case of unexpected recovery.
Backup method: After opening the registry editor, click on the <quo;file” in the upper left corner, select “export”, select the location to be saved, and note that it is best not to select the system disk. Select the file name to be saved in “filename”. Note that in the "export scope" "select"all", click “Save”. This will back up the entire registry information.
Method 1:
Open the registry editor, expand HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionExplorerAdvanced, and create a new DWORD type item on the right side, the name ExtendedUIHoverTime, the data decimal is set to 10000 (10 seconds) or longer.

Method 2:
Open the Registry Editor, expand in turn;
[HKEY_CURRENT_USERControl PanelMouse], modify the right "MouseHoverTime" value to a larger value, the default value is "400" Change to “10000”. This effect can also be achieved. As shown below:

After the modification is completed, log off or restart the computer, and then move the mouse to the taskbar window, the effect shown in the following figure will appear, and the thumbnail preview will no longer appear.
