Listed Microsoft IE9 browser should do 10 things concerned about value, not competition

Microsoft shared some ideas related to IE9 browsers on the November 18th  Professional Developers Conference". Microsoft said that IE9 will be more friendly to the network and developers, but will still retain the consistency of IE. This idea sounds good, but Microsoft did not disclose the details.
