Windows 7 has a capacity limitation

Although the BD Blu-ray Disc has a huge capacity, the single layer and the double layer can reach 25GB and 50GB respectively, but when burning, it is not always guaranteed to fill all the space.
Microsoft today confirmed through the KB article number KB2575215 that when you try to burn 23GB data to a BD-R single-layer disc, or burn 46GB data to a BD-R double-layer disc, the burning will not succeed and appear. The following error message:
“ There is a problem burning this disc. The windows7 system download CD cannot be successfully burned. Please confirm that you have installed the latest firmware for your CD or DVD burner and try again. ”

If you stupidly update the firmware and try again, the result will definitely fail, because this is not a problem with the recorder, the burning disk or the burning software, but the Windows 7 system itself has a defect, can not Correctly calculating the write capacity of the BD-R disc, this problem also exists in Windows 7 SP1.
Microsoft has not given any solution to this problem, but it is recommended that users do not try to burn more than 22GB, 45GB of data on BD-R single-layer, double-layer disc. As for the update patch, wait.
