Method One, first try to replace the theme of the computer. For the win7 system, right click on the blank space on the desktop and select [Personalization]. On the above, you can change the theme and adjust the color matching of the desktop. As shown in the figure:

Method 2, win7 system right click [Computer] select [Properties] button, then click [Select Advanced System Settings], open the system properties window, now switch to [Advanced] Option, click the performance [Settings] button below, and select [Adjust to Recent Appearance] on the visual effect. Method 3, if it is win XP system, first click [Start - Control Panel], open Control Panel - Administrative Tools - Services, check whether the "themes" service has been started. Then right click on my computer, select [Properties], select [Advanced], view “Use visual styles on windows and buttons> tabs have been selected; finally enter the Display Properties dialog box (desktop right--properties)- - Appearance - windows and buttons - Windows XP style. Just modify the style for it.
Method 4, if the above method does not work, it is estimated that the system has a fault. Try to repair the system, you can restart the computer and press and hold the F8 key to enter the advanced option, then select [Last Known Good Configuration] to enter the system repair. When entering the safe mode, check whether the task bar also has white phenomenon. If not, then it will be Restart to enter normal mode. Of course, the system repair can also be repaired with the system's own restore function and system disk.
At the end, if it doesn't work, reinstall the computer.
