1. Modify Windows 7 update installation settings
Windows7 automatic update is set, but simply modify the settings is not able to achieve the purpose of turning off or disable the automatic update function, because after the next reboot, Automatic updates are turned on again. I don't know if it's a Windows 7 bug. But let's talk about how to modify the automatic update settings. The steps are as follows. Please refer to the screenshot:
◦Open Start-->Control Panel-->System and Security-->Windows Update-->Enable Or disable automatic updates; or type directly in the search box at the top right of the control panel, “automatic updates", you can also find them;
change the setting of important updates to “ never check for updates (not recommended)”, In addition, it will recommend the update, who can install the update, the three hooks under the Microsoft Update option are all removed

3. Modify the Windows7 update and upgrade server
◦Open the computer configuration-->Administrative template--> Windows Components-->Windows Update-->Specify Intranet Microsoft Update Service Location
◦Select“Enabled”tab
◦Modify server address to 127.0.0.1 (native)
So Settings, windows7 will not be able to detect the update server, you can achieve the purpose of turning off the automatic update function
