Network printer cannot print solution under Win7

The network printer under Win7 can't print, it can be divided into the following four cases:
1.Unable to find the network printer under Win7;
2.Win7 network printer can access normally, but can't print, the printer is offline;
3.Win7 can see the network printer in the network neighborhood, but can not add the network printer, when prompted to add: & rdquo; did not find the printer, please confirm the printer name is correct & rdquo;;
4.Win7 network printer appears Access denied, unable to connect.
Solution:
In either case, the WIN7 system machine must open the following services or protocols and guest accounts,
1, NIC & ldquo; local connection & rdquo; attributes of the "Microsoft network files and Printer Sharing & Protocols and TCP/IP Protocols are installed correctly;

2, in "My Computer"[My Computer";Right Click < Manage">Select“Services & Applications>Click “Services&rdquo In the inside, find the "Print Spooler" item started, as shown below:

3, enable GUEST users, "Computer Management" select "Users", will be in the right GUEST general options “ "Account is disabled", check the Cancel, Control Panel - System and Security - Management Tools - Local Security Policy - Local Policies - User Rights Assignment, <; Access this computer from the network & rdquo; join the guest account, and & ldquo; Deny access to this computer from the network & rdquo; remove the guest account;

first: Win7 under the network printer can not be found:
1, to see whether network connectivity, WIN7 system Machine needs to be able to Always connect to the network, check if the machine IP setting is correct, and it should be in the same working group as the printer;
2, PING network printer IP address, if it is a shared host connected printer in the LAN, then PING printer connection If the IP address of the host is not pinged, you need to check whether the IP address of the printer or the host IP of the shared printer is set correctly. If you can ping PING, but you cannot open the network printer management page, the IP conflict between the printer and other devices changes, and the IP test is changed. ;
3. If the IP settings are correct, there may be a network cable or port failure. Check whether the NIC indicator of the WIN7 system machine and the network printer is normal, and replace the network cable test.
Note: The network printer can view the IP address. You can check the address printed on the test page by printing the test page.
The second type: The network printer can access normally under Win7, but it can't print, the printer is offline
Note that the printer IP address is different from the network port IP address. Enter the printer driver property interface, select the “Ports” tab, click the “Configure Port” button, and in the “Port Settings” window, confirm the settings. The fixed IP address is the same as the printer IP address. If it still fails, the printer's built-in print server may be faulty and the printer needs to be repaired.

third: WIN7 next can be seen in the Network Neighborhood network printer, but can not add a network printer, when prompted to add: & rdquo; not find the printer, make sure the printer name is correct & rdquo; < Br>1, instruct the user to enable the print spooler service in the service, if the service is enabled, then disable and then restart;
2, it may be that the GUEST user does not start, restart the printer after starting the guest account.
Fourth: Network printers under WIN7 are denied access, unable to connect
1,<;File and printer sharing on Microsoft network> Check whether the item in the firewall is disabled, need to be set to allow, if it is LAN Inside the shared host connected printer, also check the firewall settings of this host, if necessary, you can turn off the firewall test, as shown below:

2, for the shared host connected printer in the LAN, it may be a shared host The XP system is used, only the printer driver under XP is installed. This driver can only support the shared sharing of the XP/200X system, and does not support win7.
You can do the following:
A, click to start the control panel to view the device and printer;
B, select “ add printer & rdquo;, select “ add local printer & rdquo;, click the step;

C, select “Create new port” Select “local port” This item, press Next, prompt for the port name, enter the absolute path of the shared printer, the format is: *** (shared printer computer name or IP address) *** (share name of the shared printer), press OK;

D, choose their own network printers & ldquo; manufacturers & rdquo;, & ldquo; & rdquo ;, according to model Next step; (If not in the list, you can choose to install from disk)
E, select the driver version (recommended to use the currently installed driver), then the next step;
F, type the printer name, then the next step ;
G, added successfully.
Summary: There are still many common network printers that can't print faults. The general idea is to check the network, system settings, printers, etc., as long as the network connection is normal through debugging, the system firewall and protocol, user settings are correct. The printer driver is installed correctly and works normally, which basically solves the problem.
