Firstly, vivi's computer uses win7 as the operating system. As shown in the figure above, this is the taskbar we usually use, and all open programs, folders, etc. will be listed here. We hover the mouse over the icon of the corresponding program, and the system automatically displays the thumbnail of the program for us. At the same time, the system will also merge the same type of program. For example, when we open multiple word documents, the system only displays one word program icon. If you need to display a certain document, you need to hover your mouse over the corresponding icon. Select the program we want from the thumbnails provided.
To achieve the effect we want to fix the program on the taskbar today, we need to first open the program we want to fix, then the icon of the program will be displayed on the taskbar, we will move the mouse to Right click on the icon. The system pops up the menu as shown. In which we choose “lock this program to the taskbar" so that this program is permanently retained on the taskbar.
Take the most common word in our work as an example. When we choose to fix the word, even if we quit the program, the taskbar still retains the word icon for us, as shown above. If we are not satisfied with the sort order, we can also drag and drop to change the arrangement of the icons.
On the basis of the locking program, sometimes we also have a few commonly used word documents, we also hope that they can be called directly, to achieve this function, we need to right click on the program icon. The dialog box shown in the figure pops up, and the last used document is listed for us. For important manuscripts, we can hover the mouse over its corresponding name. At this time, the right side of the software says a small icon that wants a “stack” and click on it to fix the document. This document can be opened directly from the taskbar.
