Should Windows 7 natively support ARM processors?

Not long ago, Warren East, CEO of ARM, the world's leading mobile phone processor manufacturer, said in an interview that he hopes Windows 7 can have built-in ARM native support. Such a move can bring a little change to the current Netbooks market. At the same time, he also admitted that supporting ARM is not determined by ARM, but only ARM's suggestion, the final decision is still in the hands of Microsoft.

In this regard, foreign and foreign famous IT website Ars Technica obviously holds different opinions:

"I don't know if Windows 7 will provide ARM native support, and I can't infer such things. In the end, it will happen. But I hope that East is wrong. Because the built-in ARM interface in Windows 7 is not a good thing for users, Windows 7 using ARM processor is likely to be unable to run any Windows software. The system, such a system is meaningless."

It seems that Windows 7 is really eye-opening, everyone wants to share a piece of it, but before you come, you should measure whether you have this ability. What?
