Solve the problem that HP QC does not work under Windows 7

  

HP QC (Quantity Center) is a good test management tool. Recently, after upgrading the company's operating system from Windows XP to Windows 7, I found that logging in to QC Server. The Addin page, many client components can not be downloaded properly, resulting in the entire QC can not be used.

There is no difficulty in the world, especially in the era of search engines, open the browser, search out the solution, and sort it out:

Step 1: Turn off UAC (User Account Control) < Br>

Enter the UAC through the Start menu search box, and the “Change User Account Control Settings” (Change User Account Control menu item will appear. After clicking Open, the menu pops up the following User Account Control Settings dialog box. Select by scroll bar "Never notify". Then restart the machine, this step is to let the current user get full administrator rights.

Step 2: Close DEP (Data Extension Prevention)

Open the command line as the administrator (via the Start menu search box, type CMD, right click on the CMD option and select Run as administrator, then run the following command line and restart the machine.

bcdedit /set {current } nx AlwaysOff
