Can Windows 7 virtual memory be disabled?

I want to ask, I use Windows 7, if I upgrade the memory to 3G or 4G, can I disable virtual memory? Should it be big enough? If I use XP?

For Windows , I think at least so far should not disable virtual memory. For XP, there must be a minimum of 50MB of virtual memory to avoid the low virtual memory prompt in daily use. XP is not efficient for memory management. Even if 4G memory is turned on for a long time, it is inevitable that it will encounter low virtual memory. Of course, it depends on the usage. For Windows 7, the situation will be much better, and its management of physical memory is already in place. If the memory is larger than 4G, set a variable capacity virtual memory of 100-2000 to deal with the unexpected needs.
