Solution:

1. On Win7 system, click “Start”Menu;

2, open the Run dialog box on the "Start" menu, enter the Services.msc command in the Run window;

5, access the PRINTERS folder in the open folder, and PRINTERS All files in the folder are deleted;

6. Re-open the Run dialog box and enter the Services.msc command in the Run window.
