win7 is undoubtedly the mainstream system today, and the system is also used by the officer. As a regular printer in the office, how can I share resources with a shared printer? Next, I will show you how to set up printer sharing for win7.

1. Cancel and disable the Guest account, because others access the computer with the printer installed in the guest account. Click the [Start] button, right click on [Computer], select [Manage], as shown below:

2. Find [Guest] user in [Computer Management], as shown below:

3. Double-click [Guest] to open the [Guest Properties] window, and make sure that the [Account Disabled] option is not checked, as shown below:

4. Next, share the printer. Click the [Start] button and select [Devices and Printers], as shown below:

5. Find the printer you want to share, right-click on the printer and select [Printer Properties], as shown below: Br>

6, switch to the [Share] tab, check [Share this printer], set the printer's specific share name, as shown below:

7, next to the advanced Sharing settings, right click on the selection, network connection icon, select network and sharing center, as shown below:

8, save the current network type, then select the family group and sharing options, as shown below:

9, then click [Change Advanced Sharing Settings], as shown below:

10. If it is a home or work network, the specific settings of the advanced sharing settings can refer to the following figure. The key options have been marked with a red circle. Don't forget to save the changes after setting.

11. Note: If it is a public network, the specific settings are similar to the above, but correspondingly should be set under [Public] selected Instead of [Family or Work], as shown below:

12, set the workgroup: Before adding the target printer, first determine whether the computers in the LAN are in a working group, the specific operation The following steps are displayed:

Click the [Start] button, right click on [Computer], select [Properties], as shown below:

13. Find the working group in the pop-up window If the computer's workgroup settings are inconsistent, please click [Change Settings]; if they agree, you can exit directly and skip to the fifteenth step.
