First, use the Win7 function key +R to run services.msc, pop-up "Services" dialog box, enter the following four steps of service adjustment.

Win7 function key +R running services.msc

1. Disabling Diagnostic Policy Service

The Diagnostic Policy Service, or DPS Service for short, can be completely disabled. It is a service that provides problem detection, troubleshooting, and diagnostic support for Windows components. It is common that when a failure occurs in the system, a dialog box will pop up asking if you need to enable troubleshooting to help you find the cause. Users who have used this feature know that the chances of solving the problem are not great, so disable it! When the service is disabled, the system's diagnostic tools will not function properly and will prompt “Diagnostic Policy Service has been disabled”.
