services\\Tcpip\\Parameters”, then find the DefaultTTL item on the right side and double click to open it, As shown:

3, you can see that its value data defaults to 20 to 40 or so, we change it to 60 to 80, here to change to 80 as an example, click OK to save after the change is completed. As shown:

4, then still select the Parameters item, find Tcp13230pts on its right side, and change its value data to 1, press OK to save the settings, as shown:

5, finally find EnablePMTUBHDetect and double-click to open, its value data is changed to 0, press OK to save the settings, as shown:
