Win7 computer firewall can not start the solution

3. After that, in the “SharedAccess Permissions” window, click “Add” to find “Enter the object name to select the text box below the option” and enter “<quo;NT SERVICE\\mpssvc” , then click on the right side to check the name & rdquo;.
4. After the MpsSvc user is added, on the return permission setting page, set the full control permission for MpsSvc.
