Open the Registry Editor, navigate to: HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\\Folder\\shell, and right to create a new item, named "copylist", then below it and then create a new item, named "command"

Go back to the copylist item, double-click the "default" value in the right window, and enter "Copy File List" in the "Data Value" column of the pop-up window - this is the command display name on the right-click menu, which can be changed at will.

Next, select the new command entry, double-click the "default" value, its "numerical data" to: cmd /cdir "% 1" /b /a: -d /o: nclip. (Not including the final punctuation) after
