How to replace the Windows 7 login interface text and button style?

  

Do you remember Rafael Rivera? It was his first disclosure of details about Windows 7 new features: Windows XP Mode. Now, he brings you a little trick: modify the visual effects of the login interface text and buttons to match the different types of login background.

The implementation method is very simple, you can modify the registry slightly, the steps are as follows:

Click the Start menu, in the " Search for programs and files" enter regedti and press Enter to start the Registry Editor;

Locate to: HKEY_LOCAL_MacHINE\\SOFTWARE\\Microsoft\\Windows\\CurrentVersion\\Authentication\\LogonUI;

On LogonUI Right click, create a new DWord value, name it ButtonSet;


Then double-click the ButtonSet, fill in any number from 0 to 2 in the “Value Data”, the default value is 0.


The meaning of each number is as follows:

0 - Light text shadow, basically opaque button (Windows default state)

1 - Dark text Shadow, translucent button (suitable for light background)

2 - no text shadow, opaque button (for dark background)
