How to disable EFS encryption in Win8

The method for disabling EFS encryption in Win8 is as follows:
1. Right-click on the blank space on the desktop, and pop-up “All Apps” option under the desktop, left-click “All Applications”.

2. Drag the lower scroll bar to the right or scroll down the mouse wheel to find the &runquo;run” option.
3. Left click on “Run”.
