Win8 how to call the tablet input panel

Win8 call the tablet input panel as follows:
1. First confirm whether the tablet component is turned on, open the control panel, select “ program and function & rdquo;.

2. Click “Enable or disable Windows features”.

3. Check to check if “ tablet component & rdquo;, if not checked, please tick, and then prompt to restart the computer.

4. Right click on the blank space of the taskbar--select toolbar--select touch keyboard.

5. You will see an extra keyboard icon on the taskbar.

6. After opening the touch keyboard, it is not the handwriting mode. Click the keyboard in the lower right corner to select the handwriting mode.
