How to change keyboard input in win8

You can change the keyboard input settings by following these steps:
1. From the start screen, open “Control Panel”.
2. Click “General", then click “Add Input Language” in the right pane.
3. In the list of languages, click the "options" next to the language you want to select. (If you don't have the language you want in the list, click “Add Language", select the language you want, then click “Add to list 
4. Among these language options, Click “Add Input Method”.
5. Select the keyboard layout from the list of options, click “Add”, then click “Save”.
6. Click the Windows logo or press the Windows logo key to return to the start screen.
