Since you know that the installation data is incomplete, you can delete them naturally:
Open the tool and select the first Windows Store Apps, click Next

Folder C: Windows SoftwareDistributionDownload, delete all the files (in fact, the application installation package is only in one of the subfolders, but it does not matter if you empty it, as long as you are not updating).
