Win10 IE can not be used

Many users who have just upgraded their computer to Win10 are not used to the new Edge browser, or must use IE browser, but in Win10, sometimes you may encounter problems that IE can not use normally, you can Refer to the methods provided by Microsoft Help and Support to resolve a total of three scenarios.
Scenario 1:
Reset Winsock directory:
1, press Win+X, open “ command prompt (admin) & rdquo;
2, enter the command netsh winsock reset and click Enter .

Scenario 2:
First open the Internet option, switch to “Connection”tab:

Click on the LAN setting in the lower right corner, as shown below:

Uncheck all options, then press the operation:

net localgroup Administrators /add $user
Enter the car, then log in to the system with the new account See if it is normal.
