14. Do I need to receive a TV card?

Watching Internet videos does not require a TV card (TV Tuner), only the Home Premium, Enterprise or Ultimate Windows 7 and broadband network connection; but with the addition of a TV card, some Internet video features and Windows 7 Media Center's integrated broadcast TV features, such as electronic program menu, Mini electronic program menu, search, desktop Gadget, etc., user experience is better.

15. How much network bandwidth is needed?

18. Why is the "format" and "location" of the "Regional and Language" settings changed to the United States, and the "Management" also copies the settings to the screen and system accounts. Is it still a video from China?

The settings of "Format", "Location" and "Management" are mainly valid when Media Center is installed for the first time in Media Center. When the system has downloaded and updated some components according to the settings of China region, modify " Format", "Location" and "Management" have no effect. We do not recommend users to use Internet video to view video content provided by non-Chinese service providers.

19. When switching between full screen and windowing, the video will be re-buffered. Can it be improved?
