How to disable the "Program Compatibility Assistant"

Let us first understand what is the program compatibility assistant? Its full name is Program Compatibility Assistant, referred to as PCA. It monitors programs installed and run by users and detects known compatibility issues. Users will receive pop-up reminders from time to time, and there may be compatibility issues with the current program.
