Creating a USB Recovery Disk for Surface RT

Microsoft's Surface RT is a great device, but there is a problem. If the operating system crashes and the Surface RT does not have a DVD or CD drive and no media is installed, how do we recover the operating system from the error? 1. On the "Start" screen, click on the desktop tile to open the Windows desktop;
