What is Win8 EFS encryption?

1. Right click on the blank space on the desktop, pop-up “All Apps” option under the desktop, left click “All Apps”, see the figure below.

2. Drag the lower scroll bar to the right or scroll down the mouse wheel button to find the "Run” option, see the figure below.

3. Left click on “Run”, see the figure below.

Remarks:
Before disabling, be sure to back up the original EFS key and decrypt the encrypted data at the same time
