Add a method to confirm the delete key under Win 8 system

  
When we delete the file in Win 8, we don't see the prompt to confirm whether to delete the specific file, but delete it directly.
A lot of friends complain that this design is not ideal, because we are likely to delete some important documents by mistake. In fact, there is a way to avoid this situation, restart the Delete File dialog box in the Recycle Bin, and select “Properties>, check and mark the checkbox of the Delete Confirmation dialog box. Get a prompt to confirm whether to confirm the deletion of a specific file.
