Windows 8 Beta becomes consumer preview

  

Windows 8 Beta candidate has appeared, compiled on January 31st Build 8220, the full version number is 8222.0.winmain_win8beta.120131-1912. Microsoft started the Escrow phase of Windows 8 Beta on January 23, and has compiled multiple versions, including Build 8191, Build 8192 to Build 8195.

The Italian media WindowsBlogItalia today exposed the installation screenshot of Windows 8 Build 8192. As you can see from the screenshot, the next public release of Windows 8 may be named "Consumer Preview" (Consumer Preview) ), which also corresponds to the previously released developer preview. At the moment, we are still not sure whether this is a beta code that Microsoft tentatively sets to facilitate internal staff testing, or whether Windows 8 Beta will be released as a consumer preview.
