Intel released a new version of the core graphics card Win8 driver support OpenGL 4.0

  

Recently, Intel released a new version of the core graphics driver for the Windows 8 RP version 15.28.0.2792 version, added support for OpenGL 4.0 for Intel HD Graphics 4000/2500 graphics card .

The driver version of 15.28.0.2792 was compiled on July 9, 2012. The display driver version is 9.17.10.2792, and the HD audio driver version is 6.14.0.3097. It only supports Win8 operating system. There is a second generation in hardware support. And the third generation of the Core processor family. This version of the driver adds support for OpenGL 4.0 on HD Graphics 4000/2500 graphics cards. Other issues are fixed below.

Video playback

— When other applications are playing videos, the video brightness of Windows Media Player is no longer increased or cut back.

— Playing a specific YouTube video clip in full screen mode or large window playback mode no longer causes the Microsoft Internet Explorer browser to stop responding.

— Media Center now correctly displays video in the copy mode of the second monitor.

— Now when you resume from the system sleep mode, you can properly resume video playback through the Windows8 Metro interface.

— Eliminates playback exceptions that may occur when playing video in Windows Media Player.

— Eliminates flicker problems in some interlaced content.

— Video playback no longer crashes when playing certain online videos with Metro.

Games

— Water samples are no longer visible on some buildings in Crysis Warhead.

— In Crysis, when the angle of view is not in the water, the water surface no longer shows up in the water.

— When anti-aliasing is enabled in Bulletstorm, there are no minor anomalies in the picture.

— Enable Bloom and Shader Complexity anti-aliasing in "Star Wars: The Old Republic" version 1.2 to render particle effects.

— In "Counter-Strike", when the MSAA is opened, the main menu no longer has an abnormal view angle.

— Fixed anomalies in the benchmark mode in Total War: Shogun 2.

— Invisible effects work fine in Aliens vs. Predator.

— Fixed a crash after starting Hard Reset.

— Fixed a crash when launching Lost Planet 2 and prompted "Lost Planet has stopped working".

Others

— The Windows display settings now match the display settings in the Intel Graphics and Media Control Panel.

— Fix some minor bugs in the control panel.
