Experts have a trick to deal with Win8 network connection problems

Users who use Win8 systems frequently know that they will inevitably encounter network connection problems during use. If they do not show limited network connection, they will not be able to connect. There are actually many reasons for this problem, but the direct practice of many of our users is to restart the computer, but this kind of practice obviously cannot solve the problem. So, today we will elaborate on the network issues, and together we will learn from the masters and learn their solutions.

If you are using the Win8 system and you are prompted to connect or the network is restricted, you may not be able to access the Internet. The cause may be various. For example, some incorrect settings of the operating system, Internet terminal settings such as routers or cats, and hardware failures such as network card cables. In short, when we use Windows 8 when the network is restricted or unable to connect, you may wish to try the following methods, or you will find a solution to your current problems.

First, check the network cable

Make sure that the network cable is no problem, I have encountered friends before repairing the computer and said that the Internet is not available. As a result, it still could not be solved for a long time. Finally, it was discovered that the network cable was not plugged in or the network cable had a problem. In order to avoid this embarrassing phenomenon, the first step is to explain this situation. Otherwise, it will not be inserted into the network cable for a long time. This is a "single glory". If you have a big red cross on the network icon in the lower right corner, you should first check if the network cable is plugged in. If the network cable is plugged in and functioning normally, a yellow light flashes along the place where the desktop cable is plugged in and the place where the notebook is plugged into the network cable. If the indicator light does not flash, it means that the network cable is not plugged in or plugged in and does not work.

Second, the IP address and obtain information

When the network can not connect, the first time think of is to view your IP address information. We can enter ipconfig or (ipconfig /all view details) on the command line (cmd) to view.

This is normal if we are getting the IP address of the normal network segment of our company network or the IP network segment set by the router at home. If the IP address information is not the network segment set by the environment, this is an abnormal situation. You need to reset the IP or re-acquire the IP address.

If the following circumstances arise or IP address is 169 which represents the beginning of time and did not get the card to the correct IP address.

If we are to obtain an IP address via DHCP, then the Internet, then you can use ipconfig /release command to release the existing IP address information, and then use the ipconfig /renew to obtain the appropriate IP address from the DHCP. This method can solve some cases where the correct IP address information, DNS, etc. are not obtained. Sometimes, if the IP address is manually configured in a DHCP environment, the connection is restricted or an exclamation point is displayed on the network icon! The IP address is set to be dynamically acquired.

Ipconfig /release releases address information.

ipconfig /renew to acquire new address information.
