Idea One: Turn off Windows Defender

If you don't have third-party protection software installed, the system will open Windows Defender by default. By default, scanning files will take up a lot of systems. Resources will cause suspended animation when opening a folder; if other protection software is installed, Windows Defender should close itself, if it is not closed, close the “Windows Defender Service" service.

If you only want to use Windows Defender as the base protection, you need to set a special case:

Open Windows Defender, click the “Set” tab, there will be a phase on the left side. The corresponding exception settings. You can set some files, folders as an exception, or you can set a type or a process that is not checked. Of course, the exception setting is that you need to know that the programs you have are harmless. Without adding an exception, the scan results are only valid for this boot.

Idea 2: Restart the desktop window manager

1. Press the “Ctrl+Alt+Del” key combination on the keyboard to open the “Task Manager” in the “Process”. Select the card to find the "Desktop Window Manager", end it;
