Win8 upgrade to Win8.1 black screen, blue screen solution

  
through the application store upgrade from Win8 system to Win8.1, restarted into the desktop before the black screen, blue screen, etc., can not enter the operating system. Analysis of the cause: Some models of the intel+AMD display card are configured, and the display card driver is not compatible with the win8.1 driver. Solution: Method 1: has not been upgraded to Win8.11. Before upgrading the win8.1 system, first uninstall the Intel and AMD graphics card drivers in the device manager. As shown below: 2. After completing the above uninstallation steps, upgrade to the windows8.1 system through the app store. Method 2: Upgraded to Win8.1 and the black screen blue screen has been activated. 1. Press and hold the “Power button” to keep the system shut down for about 5 seconds. 2. Press “Power button” to turn the computer on; 3. Repeat 1-2 steps 3 times; 4. You will see the recovery interface, select “ advanced recovery options & rdquo;---  Troubleshooting” as shown below: 5. Select “Advanced Options”; Select “Startup Settings”; 7. Click “Restart”; 8. Select “5.Enable Safe Mode with Network Connection  9. Restart will enter safe mode, right click “Start Menu&rdquo ; Select “Device Manager"; 10. Uninstall Intel and AMD's graphics card drivers in Device Manager.
