Win8 file history function video demo, protect files from loss

On July 11th, Microsoft updated the blog post on Building Windows8 to show users how to use the File History feature to protect personal files.
File History is a backup application for protecting personal files stored in libraries, desktops, favorites, and contacts folders. Timing (default is hourly) scans file system and backup changes, and whenever a personal file changes, its backup will be stored to the external device set by the user. Over time, File History will build a complete history of user personal file changes.
File History is a new feature introduced in Win8 that provides a new way to protect consumer files, replacing the Windows backup and recovery features of existing Windows 7.

Compared to traditional backup and recovery features, File History has the following advantages: it will make data protection easier, reduce the complexity of setting up and using backups, automatically silently backup, and provide a simple data recovery experience. Make previewing and recovery of personal files easier
