The difference between basic accessories and SkyDrive accessories

When you add attachments to your mail app, you can use basic attachments or SkyDrive attachments. Basic attachments are accessories that you may be used to. Files are added to the message, and the person receiving the message downloads and opens them. Files are counted based on the storage space in their recipient's inbox, and there is usually a limit on the size of these files.

SkyDrive accessories can not be attached directly to the mail, but can be saved to a new folder on your SkyDrive folder. When the recipient receives a message with a SkyDrive attachment, they will see a preview of all the files. If the file is a photo, they can launch the slide directly from the message. If the file is a document, they can open the file, start editing, and make the changes automatically.

They do not need to log in to SkyDrive, unless you want to download large files or download files contain multiple files. Win8e 800 million network reminds you that with the SkyDrive accessory, you can control whether the recipient can edit the attachment file or only the attachment file, and can decide whether other people can get the attachment file.
