Win8.1 implements F8 to enter safe mode method

  

Friends who have used Win8 know that because Windows 8.1 uses a hybrid mode of quick start, it is impossible to use F8 to enter safe mode, but we can turn off the quick start function. Otherwise, the function of the old F8 to enter the safe mode cannot be realized.

To achieve a quick start, you can do the following:

1. Press the [Win]+[X] shortcut;

2. The shortcut that appears Select “Power Options";

from the menu 3. Click “Select Power Button Functions"Options;

4. Click “Change Current Unavailable Settings” ;

5. Cancel the quick start and save at the bottom of the interface.

After turning off the quick start, press the [Win]+[X] shortcut key and select the “Command Prompt (Administrator)” option in the shortcut menu. In the English state, enter “ldcd;bcdedit /Set {default} bootmenupolicy legacy” and press Enter.
