Win8.1 removes Windows Firewall's method for blocking software networking requests

When we use Win8.1 system, we often encounter that when a software requests to communicate on the network, Windows Firewall will jump out and ask if it is allowed. Some software has been accidentally set up to block network requests. How can we remove this blocking?

Setup steps:

1. Press WIN+X and go to the control panel. Open “system-security"-&"Windows Firewall", then click “Allow apps or features to pass the Windows Firewall" option;

2, find the applications that need to be blocked by the firewall , check and click OK;

After unblocking, the next time the software is to be networked for communication, the Windows Firewall will be released. If you want to continue blocking, you can reverse the above operation.
