Win8 manually open IE10 prohibition tracking function

  

Win8 comes with browser IE10 default to "Do Not Track" "Do Not Track" function to protect user privacy, but this is in the user's choice & ldquo; Quick Settings & rdquo ;in the case of. If the user selects "Customize" in “Set", it has to be manually turned on. How to operate?
