Windows 8.1 how to create IE icon shortcut

For users who have been in the xp era for a long time, IE browser is very familiar. But when it comes to Win8.1, the user's incompatibility is highlighted. There is only a recycle bin on the Win8.1 desktop. There are no other desktop IE icons. Many users can't find IE when they open the webpage. So how does Win8.1 retrieve the shortcut of the IE desktop icon?

Step 1: Right-click on the Win8.1 desktop empty location, and then select -> New-> shortcut key as shown below :

Step 2: After entering the Create Shortcut interface, we click on “Browse” as shown below:

Step 3: After clicking Browse, we will expand - >This computer->Local Disk C (System Disk)->Program Files -> Internet Explorer folder, then select the iexplore shortcut inside, after selecting, click OK below, as shown below :
