Metro applications don't have the right-at-properties-modify icon like traditional desktop icons. Can only be beautified by modifying the replacement icon file.

Open: C:/Program Files/WindowsApps folder, non-admin users can't open by default, you need to get permission. WindowsApps folder – right-click property – security – change – select user and group – advanced – find it now, enter your current username, for example: Win8 fans, then OK. Tab – Select “Modify” or <;Full Control" Options – OK.

Next, you can open the WindowsApps folder and select the Metro app you want to beautify. Take Metro QQ music as an example: Open the /WindowsApps/TencentAmericaLLC.QQMusic_1.0.1.24_x64__jrzdzdkm2tqyt /Images folder and you can see it inside. Download the icon of Metro QQ music and the login screen icon to the xp system.

Other Metro applications have the same principle, for example: Metro QQ is (the folder name may be different depending on the version number) /WindowsApps/TencentAmericaLLC.QQ_1.1.0.303_x64__jrzdzdkm2tqyt/Resources folder.
