E-mail is an irreplaceable function on the Internet. It involves a wide range of applications and is widely used. Many friends have 2 or more mailboxes, such as QQ, 163, Sina, etc. It is very inconvenient to use the account one more time. Every time you check it, you need to log in to the corresponding website. Is there any way to make all the emails of these third-party mailboxes be collected in one mailbox? Tell you what you have today! This tutorial is to show you how to use these third-party mailboxes with the mail function that comes with the WIn8 system.

First open the "mail" program in the start screen;

If we need to use a non-Microsoft mailbox (such as QQ, 163), we also need to bind a Microsoft mailbox (Live) , outlook), as shown below, first login to Microsoft mailbox;

After successful login, under the mailbox application, move the mouse to the lower right corner or the upper right corner to open the super menu, then select “Set”; Select &ldquo ;Account";

Click “Add Account”; We can see that the program has preset some mailboxes for us, you can click to select, or select “Other Accounts&rdquo ; to add them manually;

select & ldquo; other accounts & rdquo; later, the interface will pop up as shown below, select the type of the actual situation mailbox you want to bind specifically consult your electronic Email provider, this example is set by IMAP type;

We click “show details”; Set your email address, login name and password, IMAP (receive) and SMTP (send) as shown below The address of the mailbox server to be used, if you need SSL secure connection, you can also check according to the actual situation. After inputting, click ““Connect”;

Note: Please contact the detailed address and port number of IMAP and SMTP server. Check with your email provider.

If set up correctly, wait a moment will be a successful connection, after the connection is good, we can open the manual & ldquo; Settings - Account & rdquo; we just click on a mailbox to create good tripartite some settings;

Here, you can easily use the system's own "mail" application to send and receive mail to other mailboxes, and you don't have to log in to the webpage. In some environments, it is quite convenient, not only. It greatly reduces the time for you to log in to the webpage to process the mailbox, and also saves you the trouble of managing each e-mail.
