Win8 open tablet input panel method

1. First confirm whether the tablet component is enabled, open the control panel, select “Programs and Features>;

2. Click “Enable or disable Windows function>;

3, check whether check the "tablet components", if not checked, please tick, and then prompt to restart the computer;

4, right click in the blank space of the taskbar --- select Toolbar---Select touch keyboard;

5, you will see one more keyboard icon on the taskbar, click;

6, open the touch keyboard, not the handwriting mode, click The keyboard in the lower right corner selects the handwriting method.
