A network card or terminology is called a network adapter and is an essential tool for connecting computers to the network. Most people know how to add physical network cards, so everyone knows how to add virtual network cards? Let's take Win8 as an example to introduce this method.

Operation Steps

Step 1: Press Win+X and select Device Manager from the menu.

Step 2: Right click on the name of your computer and select “Add Obsolete Hardware”.

Step 3: Arrive & rdquo; Welcome to the Hardware Wizard & rdquo; interface, click Next, select “ Install the hardware I manually selected from the list.

Step 4: Select “Network Adapter> in the next option.

Step 5: Select “microsolf” in the manufacturer, and select “microsolf km-test loopback adapter” for the network adapter. Then select the next step. In the next interface, select the next step directly. After a while, the system will install the “virtual network card” for you.

Step 6: Go back to the device manager and check if the installation is successful.
