What is updated in win8.1 update3?

Now, Microsoft has quietly pushed the November update, it looks like this is the legendary Update 3. Like the previous ones, Microsoft also brought new features this time, but the start menu that everyone is hoping for is still not there, and it probably won't appear on Win8.1.
