After some computers are modified with other versions of Windows 8, you need to back up the system again if the key recovery is not broken. If you perform backup directly, the reset and restore functions under Windows system will not be available, as shown below:

Before performing the re-backup of the factory image command, you need to use diskpart to hang on the hidden partition and perform recovery mirror association.

Operation steps:

1. Run CMD as administrator and run “ldstairs” on the command line. “diskpart”

2. Enter the following command in diskpart to select one. Key recovery backup storage partition

1) list disk

2) sel disk 0 Note: The number is not necessarily 0, which is based on the hard disk information displayed. For details, please refer to the screenshot

3) list part

4)sel part 9 Note: The number is not necessarily 9, according to the displayed partition information, please refer to the screenshot

3. Continue in diskpart Enter the following command to assign a drive letter to the hidden partition and exit. You can also use the “detail part” to view the partition information first, so as to avoid the wrong partition. In this case, assign the drive letter O

1)detail part

2)assign letter=o

3) exit

4. Enter “reagentc /setosimage /path O:OKRBackupFactory /index 1” to restore the folder association, this example is OKR8.0, PBR please change the folder directory < Br>

5. After the operation is successful, enter OKR to back up the system again. PBR recommends to delete the Install.wim and back up again

Note: The image called by Windows 8/8.1 comes with the recovery function must be Install. .wim, some desktops will be renamed to os.okr after backup, please rename to Install.wim Try
