IE11 can't start after Windows 8.1 system update and delete account

  
                                    

In the first step, press the Win+R key combination, enter “regedit” in the run command that appears, press Enter to enter the registry editor.

The second step, in the registry editor interface, expand HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareMicrosoftInternet ExplorerMain, right-click on the Main, select "ldquo; permissions".

The third step is to click the ”Advanced” button in the “Main Permissions” dialog box that appears.

In the fourth step, in the “Advanced Security Settings” dialog box that appears, click to select “Allow Everyone” or use the account of IE11 and click the button “Enable Inheritance”. Click the bottom “OK” button!
